We have been building AWS hosted CRM and SFA SaaS products for 15 years. These are bespoke or customised to the client’s business process and are much cheaper as a TCO, than any other SaaS, CRM platform including Dynamics and Salesforce (by a factor of 5-8 times).
Cloud Native builds and services including:
CRM, SalesForce automation including integration with Mainframe data, on-premises source data, cloud data.
CRM, SalesForce intellectual property sharing including documents, sales plans, call plans, approaches and client management.
Integration with ERP and other SFA/CRM data stores.
SFA CRM hosted SaaS products can be customised to fit a business’ particular sales process. This allows firms to follow their existing processes and training and not having to deploy hugely expensive and complicated systems such as Salesforce or other ERPs.
Functionality pertinent to the sales process can be dropped into the SaaS or Mobile application as needed.
Architecture example
A typical multi-tenant SaaS architecture on AWS is designed for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. It separates customer data while sharing the underlying application code.

Existing connectors and patterns integrate with most on-premises legacy systems, or data repositories in the cloud.

Key Components:
Frontend: The user interface is often a single-page application (SPA) hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered globally via Amazon CloudFront.
Backend: A microservices architecture, built with Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda, handles user requests. This is a serverless approach that scales automatically with demand.
Compute: Amazon EC2 instances or AWS Fargate can be used for containerized applications, while AWS Lambda provides a fully managed serverless option.
Databases: Data is typically stored in managed services like Amazon RDS for relational data (e.g., user profiles) and Amazon DynamoDB for non-relational data (e.g., user activity logs).
Identity & Access: Amazon Cognito handles user authentication and authorization, providing secure access to the application.
Benefits:
Conforms to exact business and sales processes – no waste
Out of the box frameworks and models, including the use of AI make development far faster than a normal ‘green field’ build
Vastly cheaper than expensive licensed platforms such as Salesforce.com
Easy to use interface
Stable platform on AWS
Integration with on-premises systems via pre-built connectors
Integration with a Mobile application
MSP model means you don’t have to worry about the application or infrastructure
